Published, itemised, and separate from what components cost
You are paying for bay time, two capture systems, a fitter's judgement, and a document you keep. Components are billed separately at what they cost us plus a stated build fee. Those two things are never blended together on your invoice.

Not everything needs ninety minutes
A large share of our work is small, cheap and boring. We would rather you spent $60 on the right fix than $349 on a session that confirms you were already fine.

We show you the invoice
Heads, shafts and grips are billed at our landed cost with the build fee added separately, and the supplier invoice is available to any customer who asks to see it. We do this because the alternative — a single bundled number — makes it impossible for you to tell whether the recommendation was driven by fit or by margin.
It also means there is no financial reason for a fitter here to steer you toward one shaft over another. The build fee is the same either way.
If a component you want is cheaper somewhere else, buy it there and bring it in. We will build it at the same labour rate and it will not affect how you are treated.
