Driver detailFitted off the deck before it is fitted off a tee, because a wood that only works on a tee is worth four shots a round at most. Sole geometry gets as much attention as shaft. About 90 minutes.

Fairway wood detailWe fit the yardage gap, not the club category. The session tests hybrids, driving irons and a shorter wood against the same gap and lets the data pick. About 90 minutes.
Book this if: there is a 25-yard hole in your bag between your longest comfortable iron and your shortest wood.
Hybrid detailThe set treated as one instrument. Gapping across every iron, dynamic lie on each, and a check that the shafts behave consistently from the long end to the short end. 105 to 120 minutes.
Book this if: two of your irons go the same distance, or one club in the middle of the set feels different from its neighbours.
Iron set detailWedge and putter work runs on different equipment and different rules, and Charlotte runs all of it.
Bounce and grind selected against your angle of attack and the specific turf conditions you face, using labelled sand samples from fourteen central Indiana courses. Gapping from the shortest iron down. About 90 minutes.
Book this if: you dig on tight lies, skid out of soft bunkers, or own three wedges that overlap.
Wedge detailRoll onset, launch, skid distance and start-line dispersion measured on a calibrated surface with a dedicated capture rig. Length, lie, loft, head weight and grip size all move. About 60 minutes.
Book this if: your start line is inconsistent, or you push short putts and cannot work out why.
Putter detailDriver through putter across three hours with a real break in the middle. The deliverable people actually use is the priority list: what to fix first, second and third, ordered by expected strokes rather than by what is most fun to buy. Frequently ends with a recommendation to change two clubs and leave the rest alone.
Thirty minutes, one club, for returning clients within eighteen months. Lie angles drift, grooves wear, and grips harden. A re-check catches all three long before they justify a new fitting, and it costs a fraction of one.
From about age nine. Shorter, cheaper, and deliberately conservative — we fit to grow into with a written review point rather than selling a full set that will be wrong within a year. Simone runs these and talks to the junior rather than to the parent.
